MASKS ARE OPTIONAL

This symposium will feature presentations by world-famous veterinary biomechanics researcher, Dr. Hilary Clayton. Jennifer Truett, celebrated USDF FEI Certified Instructor, will team up with Dr. Clayton to work with horse-rider demonstration pairs on issues of self-carriage.

In-Person Space is Limited – Reservations Required

A Live YouTube video stream of the symposium will be available during the event on a one-time, paid subscription link.

**************

The Symposium will feature a presentation on the biomechanics of self-carriage by Dr. Hilary Clayton, and illustrative mounted sessions focusing on self-carriage and collection, overseen and coached by Jennifer Truett, utilizing the material presented by Dr. Clayton. The focus of the mounted sessions will be to explain and demonstrate to the auditors exactly what is meant by self-carriage; how it is necessary for collection;, and how to work with horses to increase their ability to collect. Rider/horse pairs will be demonstrating degrees of self-carriage in collection and lengthening, in all three gaits, as appropriate for the conformation of their particular horses, the horses’ training, and the dressage level in which they show. In-person and remote auditors will be encouraged to submit and ask questions during the sessions.   Register by clicking on the Join Us button below!

Interested in being a demonstration rider?  We are accepting applications and videos from Adult Amateur, Professional and Jr/Young Riders wishing to work with Jennifer Truett during the afternoon demonstration sessions.  Apply by clicking the Rider Application button below!
